Return and Cancellation
Policy — Live-LS

1. Final Sales

All ticket purchases are considered final. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for personal withdrawal, as set out in Article 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Portuguese law (DL No. 24/2014).

Tickets purchased for events with a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Cancelled Events

 

If an event is cancelled, a full refund of the ticket price will be issued, excluding:

  • Service fees;

  • Shipping costs (if applicable).

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If necessary, the IBAN will be requested.

3. Postponed Events

 

In the event of a postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.

If the customer is unable or unwilling to attend on the new date, a refund may be requested within 30 days of the rescheduled event, upon proof of purchase.

4. Transaction Errors

 

If a duplicate payment or proven payment error occurs, the amount will be fully refunded after review and confirmation.

5. How to Request a Refund

 

Please send an email to [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL] with:

  • Order number;

  • Full name;

  • IBAN (if required);

  • Reason for the request (cancellation, postponement, error).

6. Timeframes

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after approval of the request.

⚠ Notes

Refunds will only be processed for tickets purchased directly via the official Live-LS platform.

Purchases made through partners, promoters, or other channels must follow the policy of the respective entity.
